When I'm craving sushi, for my money's worth, I always end up at Mt. Fuji in Uptown. Parking around this area sucks, but that and the drive are worth it. Their sushi is the freshest I've found (2nd best would have to be Fujiya, also in Uptown), and there always seems to be a Groupon deal, which makes it that much better. The happy hour specials are excellent, and everyone I've brought with me is always impressed at the quality of the sushi as well as the presentation (the Dragon roll is especially delightful). Service (as with anywhere) is always better when it's not terribly busy, but I have never felt like a server was inattentive for more than a few extra minutes. Overall, I've always looked forward to and really enjoyed my experiences every time I've been here.
